We are seeking an experienced and skilled Residential Plumbing and H-VAC Production Manager to oversee and manage our residential Plumbing and H-VAC field operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Plumbing Residential and H-VAC New Construction (RNC) Installation, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving production goals while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all plumbing and H-VAC operations within the organization.
  • Manage plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to specifications, schedules, and budget constraints.
  • Supervise and coordinate plumbing and H-VAC teams, conduct quality inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain client relations, provide estimates, resolve issues promptly, and manage documentation and reporting.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years experience in plumbing operations management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and codes.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Licenses: Electrical/Plumbing Journeyman preferred.
