Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Outreach Associate to join our team. As an Outreach Associate, you will play a vital role in locating and transporting unhoused individuals to safehouses associated with The Golden Wings Organization in Baker City, Oregon.

Responsibilities
  • Locate and transport clients to designated locations, as needed
  • Coordinate logistics for placements
  • Work with a Team Leader by phone, communicating and debriefing regularly
  • Collaborate with community partners to identify unhoused individuals in need of assistance
  • Provide compassionate support and guidance to those seeking refuge and assistance with addiction
  • Respect individuals from all backgrounds, building dignity and rapport
Requirements

  • Familiarity with rural areas in the state
