- Provide patient care and support in a safe and compassionate manner
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote a positive patient experience
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance clinical skills
- Nursing Assistant, EMT, Paramedic, Medical Assistant, Armed Services Medic, Home Health Aide, or comparable experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of English language sufficient to read, speak, and write accurately
- Ability to lift and transport patients using appropriate physical technique
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, visitors, and hospital personnel
