Job Title: Relationship Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Development Specialist to join our team at Provident Bank. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities to grow our commercial banking business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking services and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to two years of retail banking experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and cash handling procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One to two years of retail banking experience with a focus on customer service and relationship development.
  • Cash handling experience and a basic understanding of financial products and services.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
