About the Role

Citizens is seeking a skilled Private Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Private Client Group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our affluent and high-net-worth clients. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional client experiences, providing tailored financial solutions, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and retain new-to-wealth relationships through proactive outreach and engagement
  • Conduct thorough discovery to understand client needs and goals, and develop personalized financial plans
  • Collaborate with Certified Financial Planners and Financial Advisors to create and implement comprehensive financial strategies
  • Provide regular, value-added engagement with clients, including face-to-face meetings, consistent communication, and access to financial education materials
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM tool to document client interactions and track progress
  • Build an activity-based business development plan centered around proactive outreach and follow-up behaviors
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • SIE, Series 6 (or 7), 63 (or 66), and Life and Health Insurance Licenses
  • At least two licenses required; additional licenses can be obtained within a specific timeframe upon hire
  • Demonstrated success in a client-centric, proactive sales environment
  • Experience in cultivating relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements to ensure a sound control environment
