We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Specialist to join our team at BankProv. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities to grow our business, working closely with colleagues to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our services and products.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
- One to two years of experience in retail banking or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
