Service & Business Development Manager

As a Service & Business Development Manager, you'll play a vital role in our operations, driving efficiency and excellence in all aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Zoom Drain as the premier provider of drain and sewer products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through targeted networking and market research.
  • Utilize Service Titan (CRM) to dispatch technicians to jobs and optimize productivity.
  • Establish and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans to drive business growth.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, and business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to help team members strengthen specific knowledge and skill areas.
  • Oversee employees, foster a highly motivated work environment, and drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a service manager or business development manager.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities and above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable.
  • Proficient with various computer systems, including Service Titan, and experience with G-Suite.
  • Prior experience within a marketing and/or sales team preferred.
  • Drive to connect with people, confidence to make cold sales calls, and understanding of social media best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and adaptability skills.
