About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Field Service Manager to lead our team of technical Digital Service Specialists in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the service and support of our hardware and software technology-based solutions, including document management solutions and related software.

Your Impact

As a Field Service Manager, you will have a significant impact on our customers' experience and satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of technical representatives to provide timely and effective service and support to our customers.
  • Selecting, hiring, training, and developing current and new technical representatives.
  • Addressing and resolving customer issues in a timely manner to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing the warehousing process as it relates to merchandise and inventory.
  • Developing and educating the team on new technology and industry trends.


About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in service management, preferably in the technology industry. You should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, plus 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time employees. Additionally, you should have hands-on field technical experience with a vast knowledge of digital and electromechanical technology, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to develop and lead a team.
