Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and monitor all operational activities during shifts, including vehicle maintenance and movement.
  • Strategically plan and allocate vehicles based on hourly, daily, and weekly demand forecasts.
  • Facilitate vehicle transfers between various locations as needed.
  • Ensure the seamless execution of all car rental transactions.
  • Maintain effective communication with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage inventory for the branch to ensure optimal vehicle availability.
Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in an administrative role within an office setting.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, including potential air travel.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including day and evening shifts.
  • Must be able to travel for training and business requirements.
