Job Title: UKG Payroll Services Onboarding Manager

Join UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) as a UKG Payroll Services Onboarding Manager and be part of our team that helps organizations unlock happier outcomes for all. As a key member of our UKG Ready Implementation Organization, you will oversee the UKG Payroll Services Onboarding Team, ensuring the successful implementation of our payroll services.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team responsible for completing tasks related to UKGPS Onboarding, including collection of information from clients, consulting with Payroll Solution Consultants, and coordinating with UKGPS teams.
  • Work directly with clients on funding set-up and testing, UKG Community Payroll Services resource registration, establishing contacts for Payroll Notifications, and tax configuration questions.
  • General training of clients on UKGPS processes and resources available.
  • Final review of tax & Ready Payroll Services configuration.
  • Missing tax identification form exception request and Tax Acknowledgement Form completion.
  • Import of configuration from Ready to MasterTax and resolution of exceptions.
  • Collection of required federal and state registrations and Power of Attorney forms.
  • Maintaining related fields in the Ready System – Payroll Services start widget.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience, with 3+ years of people management experience.
  • HR/Payroll/HCM domain experience.
  • Ready HR/Payroll/HCM domain experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the track record of driving change and process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work as part of a project team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to work with all levels of individuals in an organization.
