Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and rotation, to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Collaborate with clinical managers and leadership teams to determine weekly orders and ensure timely processing.
  • Track and communicate backorder products and products with short expiration dates.
  • Receive shipments, match them to purchase orders, and update our hospital management system accurately.
  • Deliver inventory to departments and maintain proper inventory rotation, organization, and cleanliness.
  • Communicate shipment issues and backorders to the purchasing team for quick resolution.
  • Approve and code vendor invoices for service or inventory received.
  • Complete accurate transactions in our hospital management system for inventory used, expired drugs, transfers, returns, and other necessary actions.
  • Perform daily cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Work with the Operations Partner to analyze and explain inventory variances.
  • Facilitate repairs of smaller medical equipment and maintain repair tickets in our asset management system.
  • Comply with regulatory agency requirements, including DEA, SBOP, FDA, and OSHA.
  • Maintain inventory of controlled substances and perform daily audits.
  • Complete monthly calibration of in-house laboratory equipment.
  • Assist with coordinating transport needs between hospitals, as requested.
  • Complete assigned projects to improve hospital processes.
  • Participate in new hire orientation and Doctor Onboarding processes for Operations.

  • Flexibility with work hours and ability to work additional hours when necessary.
  • Strong acumen with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other software platforms.
