Staffing Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Operations Coordinator to oversee daily staffing operations at a client's worksite.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with client's management to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Monitor employee schedules, shift assignments, and attendance to maintain high client and employee satisfaction.
- Provide regular staffing reports to ensure staffing needs are met daily.
Employee Relations:
- Build positive relationships with on-site employees, addressing questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Act as primary contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess job satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Handle performance issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations in accordance with company policies and employment laws.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish strong relationships with client representatives to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with clients to forecast staffing needs and address potential gaps in staffing.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns in a timely manner.
- Provide reports and updates on staffing metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and databases.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
