Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient service and support in a fast-paced medical office environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely billing and insurance coordination services to patients and healthcare providers.
  • Manage patient accounts, including registration, verification, and resolution of billing and insurance issues.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and insurance companies to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic and insurance information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the efficient operation of the medical office.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • One year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting, with a focus on billing, insurance, and patient services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software.
