Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year

Nemean Solutions, LLC is a leading provider of innovative training solutions for the military and defense industries. We are seeking a highly skilled Military Training Systems Specialist to support our National Simulation Center at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Systems development, training, and related fields, with experience in integrating and maintaining complex systems and software as a JLCCTC operator/instructor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and provide IT and end-user training on computer hardware and application software;
  • Provide help desk support, test events, PTR analysis, database management, system troubleshooting, and resolution, setup, and teardown, and demonstrations;
  • Conduct requirements analysis (technical, database, and functional) in support of current capabilities and assessing new and emerging technologies;
  • Integrate and maintain complex systems and software as a JLCCTC operator/instructor for test, validation, and/or field environment support;
  • Familiarity with all remaining systems; knowledge of cybersecurity principles, especially as they apply to military networks and systems;
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (associated discipline) or 5 years of experience in IS development, training, or related fields;
  • 5 years of service in, or support to, the Army or other national defense service;
  • 3 years of experience developing and providing IT and end-user training on computer hardware and application software;
  • 3 years of teaching experience in complex systems and software;
  • DoD IAT II / SECRET clearance;
