Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively participate as a vital member of the facilities team, reporting directly to the facilities manager.
  • Engage in a full-time, multi-faceted role that encompasses maintenance, construction, janitorial duties, and food safety support.
  • Maintain flexible working hours, typically from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential on-call responsibilities.
  • Promptly address high-priority maintenance requests within one hour of notification.
  • Swiftly respond to food safety concerns, adhering to established procedures for resolution.
  • Consistently update the maintenance tracking system (Upkeep) on a daily basis and ensure the closure of tickets upon task completion.
Qualifications
  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, though not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated reliability and adaptability in various situations.
  • Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficient in basic mathematics and measurements.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus.
  • Effective collaboration skills, both in team settings and independently.
  • Familiarity with tools and machinery is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions and varying indoor environments.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records daily.
