Job Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities at our Cleburne, TX location. This role requires a strong background in industrial preventive maintenance and mechanical experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules
  • Restore, repair, rebuild, or replace faulty or inoperative components and parts
  • Supervise staff and evaluate the functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment
  • Implement a preventive maintenance program and operate and test systems and equipment
  • Study performance results and identify, recommend, and implement changes, expansions, and additions
Requirements
  • High school diploma required
  • At least 5 years of industrial preventive maintenance/mechanical experience
  • Knowledge of rotating equipment and pump maintenance and valves
Preferred Qualifications
  • Air Separation Plant or related industrial experience
  • Electrical/Instrumentation background
  • Understanding of analysis and use of gas chromatography
  • Experience with large compressors, analyzers, piping, RTD's, control valve functions, and P&ID's
