Job Responsibilities
Summary: The role involves executing fundamental cleaning and sanitation tasks within state facilities. The position may include training responsibilities and operates under minimal supervision, allowing for independent decision-making and initiative.

Key Duties:

  • Conducts general cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and window cleaning.
  • Maintains restrooms by replenishing supplies and utilizing appropriate cleaning agents.
  • Performs minor repairs and maintenance on cleaning equipment.
  • Inspects and cleans various areas such as restrooms and offices as required.
  • Operates floor maintenance machinery, including buffers and vacuums.
  • Evaluates cleanliness of facilities and identifies areas needing attention.
  • Maintains accurate inventory records of custodial supplies and equipment.
  • Completes additional tasks as assigned.
Compensation: $13.00 per hour.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 PM to 9 PM.
