We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Team Member to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.
Responsibilities- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the restaurant meets high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Assist in the maintenance of restaurant equipment, including fryers, HVAC units, and roof cleaning.
- Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
- Change light bulbs and perform other minor repairs as needed.
- Assist in the maintenance of outside grounds and landscaping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
