BAYADA Home Health Care Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team in Rutland and Addison Counties, VT. As a visiting position, reliable transportation is required.

About the Role

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, you will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team providing home health aide, skilled nursing, and palliative care to clients. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide light housekeeping and laundry services
  • Assist with ambulation and medication administration
  • Perform vital sign checks and range of motion exercises
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience as an LNA
  • Successful completion of a recognized LNA training course and certification
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
  • Criminal background check and meet all state requirements
