Job Title: Production Technician

We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team at CNH Industrial. As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for assembling structural parts and electrical components using a variety of hand tools and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform assembly line tasks to assemble structural parts and electrical components
  • Conduct functional verification testing and troubleshoot defects
  • Set electrical components on all models
  • Diagnose and repair equipment components
  • Utilize computer software for diagnosing problems
  • Update process verification system
  • Ensure continuous improvement criteria is met
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good attendance record
  • Ability to comprehend and follow instructions
  • Knowledge of torque tools and hoists
  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Flexible on work hours
Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary of $33.13 per hour, with the potential for bonuses. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $4,000 and relocation assistance for eligible new hires. CNH Industrial provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, as well as a 401k plan and paid time off.
