Position Overview:

As the Event Planning Coordinator at Club at Snoqualmie Ridge, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Director to oversee and manage reservations for private gatherings. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every event is executed flawlessly, from the initial concept to the final details. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, creativity, and a strong commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in partnership with the Sales Director to coordinate all elements of private event bookings, including layout, design, and decoration.
  • Engage with clients individually to discuss event specifics, finalize Banquet Event Orders, and customize packages and enhancements to suit their preferences.
  • Oversee and manage all facets of the event on-site, ensuring proper setup and breakdown, as well as smooth food service and memorable moments.
  • Promote additional packages and enhancements to enrich the event experience while maintaining a positive, client-centered approach.
  • Collaborate with Operations to guarantee seamless event execution.
  • Make informed business decisions that positively impact the net contribution pool.
  • Ensure client event approval, timely collection of payments, and adherence to all contractual obligations.
  • Contribute to event goal setting and forecasting alongside the sales team.
  • Recruit, train, and lead Coordinator and/or operations staff as assigned.
  • Stay updated on event and industry trends, offering a variety of options to facilitate an optimal experience.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination or a related field.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Experience in supervising others and leading a team.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
