About the Job

Ambassador Services LLC is a commercial facility maintenance company that offers janitorial cleaning services, landscaping and grounds maintenance, and more. We are looking for an experienced Compliance Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

  • Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintains accurate records and files incident reports
  • Develops and implements employee training programs
  • Conducts on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace
  • Survey to identify and evaluate occupational health, safety, and environmental conditions
  • Prepare ad hoc Safety compliance reports
  • Files incident reports related to workers' compensation claims; Investigates and determines root cause for employee and non-employee safety-related incidents

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
