About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety and Health Professional to join our team in the West Region. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in safety management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective safety programs. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, conducting regular audits and inspections, and collaborating with internal departments to identify and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety programs to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Promote a culture of safety within the organization by providing regular training and support to employees.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in safety or a related field.
  • A minimum of four years' experience working in a safety-focused role.
  • Professional certifications such as CHST, ASP, or CSP are preferred.
