Job Description

In the role of Occupational Health Professional at Empower Pharmacy, you will play a vital part in promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of our workforce. This position is crucial for developing and implementing comprehensive occupational health programs across North America, ensuring that all employees are provided with a safe and healthy work environment.

Your expertise in health management and preventative care will be essential in fostering a culture of wellness that empowers our team to perform at their best. You will be responsible for managing employee health initiatives, including Tuberculosis testing, fit testing for safety equipment, and overseeing the employee drug screening program.

This position requires strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care is also essential.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
