Job Description: As a Safety & Health Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our employees and customers. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing safety regulations, conducting audits and inspections, and evaluating incident investigations. You will also be responsible for managing health and safety regulatory programs and compliance, as well as tracking and reporting safety data.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in safety or a related field, with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience working in a safety-focused role. You should also have professional safety certification (CHST, ASP, CSP) and excellent leadership, verbal, and written communication skills.

Benefits: National Trench Safety offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000, including a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, and flexible spending accounts. You will also receive paid time off, holidays, and birthday and work anniversary celebrations.
