This is a candidate-pool posting for a Customer Service Specialist II position in our office. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform general office functions, and assist with mail and document processing.

Responsibilities
- Provide front-line information and assistance to customers via phone and in-person.
- Assist with general office functions, including filing, mail/fax distribution, and office supplies.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
Requirements
- Three years' work experience in general office work or related experience.
- At least one year of experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Valid Washington state driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
