About the Role

Figma is a design software company that is growing its team of passionate people who are dedicated to making design accessible to all. We are looking for a Sales Manager for Small and Medium Business to join our dynamic team of creatives, engineers, and business professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Account Executives to foster an environment of success and enable them to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through a high-velocity inbound and outbound sales motion.
  • Participate in customer and prospect meetings to help shape and further develop sales processes and initiatives.
  • Interview, hire, and train new team members as we scale the business and company.
  • Manage and analyze the performance of your team, including accurate forecasting, pipeline generation, and activity metrics.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably within SaaS.
  • 1+ year of velocity sales account executive management experience.
  • Familiarity with SMB SaaS sales processes and sales methodologies (COM/MEDDICC).
  • Experience leading, building, and growing successful, collaborative, and hard-working sales teams.
  • Proven track record of leading successful and consistently over-performing sales teams.
