About the Role

As a Client Success Manager at ConsumerAffairs, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and fostering long-term partnerships with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients achieve their business objectives through the adoption and utilization of our product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Develop and implement customized onboarding plans to ensure seamless product adoption and successful partnership establishment.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders at our clients' organizations to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans that address their business needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Client Health Monitoring: Proactively monitor client health and identify potential risks to ensure timely mitigation and minimize churn.
  • Product Adoption: Encourage clients to adopt and utilize our product to maximize its value and drive business results.
  • Communication and Reporting: Regularly communicate with clients to ensure they are achieving their business objectives and provide data-driven insights to inform their decision-making.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or Relationship Manager in a SaaS environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
