Position Overview:

The Client Success Manager at Tenstreet plays a crucial role within our team, focusing on comprehending the intricacies and advantages of our software while delivering tailored support, guidance, and training to meet our clients' unique requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject matter expert on all operational facets of Tenstreet's programs and software solutions.
  • Oversee all stages of new product implementation and training for designated clients.
  • Deliver exceptional application support by addressing and resolving client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients, collaborating closely with other Tenstreet teams to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Prioritize client relationships and retention, ensuring each client achieves optimal success with our product.
  • Work alongside Advisory team members to identify additional products and services that could enhance value for your clients.
