Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert on all operational facets of Tenstreet's programs and software solutions.
- Oversee all stages of new product implementation and training for designated clients.
- Deliver exceptional application support by addressing and resolving client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, collaborating closely with other Tenstreet teams to execute strategic initiatives.
- Prioritize client relationships and retention, ensuring each client achieves optimal success with our product.
- Work alongside Advisory team members to identify additional products and services that could enhance value for your clients.
