About the Role

VCA Animal Hospitals is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our administrative team. As the face of our organization, this role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to clients and their pets
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Handle sensitive client situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with team members and leaders
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage client communication
  • Process payments and insurance claims, and assist clients with financial aspects of their visit
  • Educate clients on general animal care and non-medical pet care
  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls and respond to client inquiries
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Perform light cleaning and organization of retail displays
  • Be available to work flexible weekend shifts, including evenings and weekends
