Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Champion at Taco Bell. As a Service Champion, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, setting the tone for their experience and ensuring they receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
  • Take orders and prepare food to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Assist in resolving any service or food issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Be knowledgeable about menu items and promotions, making recommendations to customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
