We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at UnitedMasters | Translation. Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and execute business development strategies and tactics.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities through multiple sales, communications, and marketing methods.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key prospects to identify and meet their business needs.
- Pitch our capabilities and communicate our unique selling proposition based on prospect needs and our expertise.
- Create and customize presentations and other sales materials, including scopes of work and case studies.
- Lead the company's response to RFPs and work with various teams to write and package credentials and manage the pitch proposal response process.
- Establish and achieve sales goals, metrics, and milestones, and track and report on progress and success.
- 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the creative, social agency, media company, or content company space.
- Strong understanding of the life cycle of pitches for creative agencies and ability to run an RFP process from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Demonstrated passion for pop culture, music, entertainment, and sports, and ability to understand client needs in these areas.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with key clients.
