About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team, responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, promoting relevant products and services, and driving business growth through proactive marketing efforts.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-up and personalized service.
  • Promote successful customer relations by identifying needs, providing tailored solutions, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyze customer data to inform product recommendations and enhance overall customer experience.

Key Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales representative role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with capacity to anticipate and address customer needs.
