The Springs Events is seeking a highly motivated and driven Event Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual Venue & package sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to all inquiries and sales leads in a timely and professional manner
- Provide venue visits to prospective clients while utilizing sound communication skills, company sales techniques, and closing abilities
- Attend and participate in regular sales company and training meetings
- General Office duties include but not limited to, contracts and executing monthly payments
- Maintain relationships with clients, associates, and vendors on a professional level
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability and drive to be successful in sales and customer service
- Ability to connect with clients and develop a relationship of trust
- Comfortable presenting and speaking to couples and groups of people
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrate prior administrative and office skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and kind demeanor in times of stress and conflict
