Software Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at OPTIMUS (TX). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in software sales, with a strong understanding of the energy and commodity markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the energy space.
- Develop and close deals with existing and new customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell our solutions to existing customers.
- Attend industry conferences and events to build relationships and stay up-to-date on market trends.
- Collaborate with our analytic team to prepare for meetings, demonstrations, and customer communications.
- Travel up to 30% of the time to meet with clients and prospects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of software sales experience.
- Familiarity with the energy and commodity markets.
- Previous experience with risk analytics in energy markets, specifically power.
- Possess a bachelor's or M.S. degree from an accredited university.
- US Citizens, Green Card holders, and other authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.
