Value-Based Care Implementation Manager
Job Overview:
As a Value-Based Care Implementation Manager, you will be instrumental in steering and coordinating the deployment of value-based care solutions and modules within our organization. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be vital to ensure the successful execution of plan data file loads for our payer reporting module, as well as overseeing the project management and technical configuration of the Azara Cost and Utilization product. You will lead a growing team of project managers and technical experts. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of healthcare delivery systems, payment models, and regulatory frameworks, along with the capability to communicate effectively with large clients on intricate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Partner with senior leadership to craft and enhance strategies for the implementation of value-based care products that align with organizational objectives.
- Project Oversight: Direct project managers and engage as a project manager (Key Accounts) to spearhead the implementation of Azara VBC products, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Technical Deployment: Lead and act as an escalation point for VBC technical leads to guarantee the highest quality of data through ongoing enhancements of our file load processes and accountability for adherence to validation standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with internal stakeholders (clinical teams, analytics, sales and client success, product, support, etc.) and external partners (payers, providers, community organizations) to promote collaboration and alignment. Provide annual updates on Care Gap measure changes and other VBC-related information as necessary.
- Performance Enhancement: Identify avenues for performance enhancement and devise action plans to optimize outcomes related to quality metrics, improved customer experience, and efficient product delivery.
- Data Evaluation: Leverage data analytics to evaluate quality, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Effective Communication: Proactively communicate project statuses to relevant stakeholders while identifying issues and opportunities that necessitate escalation.
Qualifications and Educational Background:
- In-depth understanding of Value-Based Care payment models, including claims data and file formats for plan data ingestion.
- Over 8 years of experience managing technical and project managers in the context of software product implementation.
- Strong expertise in process improvement and project management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, payment models, and regulatory requirements, along with the ability to communicate effectively with large clients on complex projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- A Bachelor of Science degree in a technical, scientific, or business field, with proficiency and comfort in a technical environment.
- SQL experience is required, or the aptitude to acquire basic SQL knowledge.
