Job Overview

This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in a dynamic food service environment. As a Culinary Team Member, you will rotate through various roles including cashier, food runner, and grill operator. While prior experience in a mobile food service setting is advantageous, we are committed to training enthusiastic candidates. This role offers significant potential for career growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of food prep areas, cooking surfaces, and kitchen tools.
  • Prepare and cook large quantities of food.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple food orders.
  • Adhere to sanitation, health, and safety regulations.
  • Accurately measure ingredients for food preparation.
  • Utilize high-capacity cooking equipment such as fryers and grills.
  • Interpret food orders and prepare dishes according to customer specifications.
  • Ensure that all prepared food meets quality and quantity standards.
  • Organize and replenish workstations as needed.
  • Serve food to customers and handle payment transactions.

Compensation: Starting pay is $14 per hour.

Work Schedule: Flexibility is essential. The operation runs seven days a week, with hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends.
