The Boar's Head Resort is seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to our resort's standards and recipes.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee specific kitchen stations to ensure proper food preparation and presentation.
- Mentor junior kitchen staff to develop their culinary skills and knowledge.
- Work independently to prepare and cook complex dishes, adhering to our resort's culinary standards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance our resort's culinary offerings.
This role requires working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with high noise levels and confined spaces. You will be required to operate and work with high heat cooking equipment and be exposed to freezing temperatures for short periods of time in walk-in refrigerators and freezers.
