Position Summary:
The Culinary Operations Leader is responsible for providing direction at the restaurant level. This role involves managing the hourly team to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards, operational systems, procedures, philosophies, and cultural principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influence team behavior to ensure cultural principles are integrated into daily practices, fostering a safe and healthy work environment while enhancing guest experiences.
- Develop the management team and hold them accountable for nurturing hourly staff to support the organization's talent pipeline and facilitate growth.
- Oversee and maintain the facility.
- Represent, support, and safeguard the brand.
- Assist with new restaurant openings as needed.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of direct kitchen management experience.
- Culinary school background preferred.
- Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and the capability to manage workloads with minimal supervision.
