Key Responsibilities and Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience working in residential or in-patient settings with young adults who are struggling with obstacles to their mental health. They must be able to emotionally and professionally handle charged emotional situations and function independently when needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, the candidate must possess CPR and First Aid certification and have a genuine interest in working with young adults experiencing mental health challenges.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
