Medical APRN Lead for Residential Care Facility

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical APRN Lead to join our team at BayMark Health Services. As a Medical APRN Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day medical operations and ensuring the highest quality of patient care.
About the Role:- You will be responsible for completing admissions processes, identifying and documenting chronic and acute medical needs of clients, and communicating effectively with the nursing team.
- Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional patient care, promoting a supportive environment that values contributions from all members of the team.
- A minimum of 1 year of MAT experience and 1 year of Primary Care experience is required.
- You must hold current licensure and certification as an APRN in the appropriate state.
- Additional requirements include malpractice insurance coverage, current CPR and Standard First Aid Certificate, and DEA license (if applicable).
- Monitor health issues and refer clients for specialized care as needed.
- Analyze situations quickly and apply sound judgment to make informed decisions.
- Provide client needs assessments, make referrals to community organizations, and collaborate with resources.
- A competitive salary of $60.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
