Position Overview:

Change Management Lead at Think Together is pivotal in driving our organizational transformation initiatives. Established in 1997, Think Together collaborates with educational institutions to enhance opportunities for children through exceptional programs both during and after school hours. As one of California's prominent nonprofits, we serve diverse school districts across the state. This role offers a chance to contribute significantly to the community through impactful change management practices.

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Change Management Lead will be responsible for guiding Think Together's transformative efforts, utilizing extensive knowledge in change management methodologies. This individual will ensure that our teams are adequately prepared and supported throughout transitions by partnering closely with leadership to cultivate a culture of ongoing improvement and resilience. The Change Management Lead will work collaboratively with department leaders to assist them in navigating change effectively across their teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies that align with the organization's mission and objectives.
- Lead change initiatives by conducting impact assessments, evaluating readiness for change, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Design and facilitate training sessions and workshops to aid employees in adapting to changes and to promote the change management framework within Think Together.
- Collaborate with various departments to harmonize change management efforts throughout the organization.
- Assess the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Mentor and empower leaders to enhance their capabilities in managing change.
- Foster a culture of innovation and adaptability, encouraging employees to perceive change as a pathway for growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Development, Leadership, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in change management or organizational development.
- Proven success in leading change initiatives within complex organizational settings.
- Strong grasp of change management principles and tools, with the ability to apply these effectively.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is preferred, or equivalent knowledge gained through experience.
- At least 4 years of project management experience, with a successful track record in leading projects; PMP certification is a plus.
- A solid understanding of K-12 education or expanded learning environments, with a commitment to enhancing educational outcomes.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- A commitment to equity and excellence, particularly in supporting underrepresented student populations.
- Strong project management capabilities, with experience overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in design thinking and agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to promote diversity, inclusion, and equity in change initiatives.
- Ability to create a psychologically safe environment through effective collaboration with diverse teams.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Intermediate proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe.
- Familiarity with file management systems (e.g., One Drive, Box, Dropbox).
- Competence in using standard office equipment and technology.

COMPENSATION:
Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000. This range reflects targeted compensation for the role, considering various factors such as location, skills, and experience.
