Role Summary:

The Customer Support Representative is responsible for enhancing the sales of parts and service offerings while addressing customer inquiries regarding parts and services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Fostering relationships with existing clients and developing connections with prospective customers.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and pricing.
  • Providing accurate estimates for repair costs as needed.
  • Collaborating with agricultural producers to optimize their precision farming equipment.
  • Staying informed about advancements and trends in precision agriculture technology.

The ideal candidate should be self-driven with exceptional customer service skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential. Previous sales experience is advantageous. The applicant should possess knowledge in both parts and service and be capable of working independently.
