  • Conduct quality assessments and surveys to gauge customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing and inventory management is essential.
  • A minimum of one year in high-volume client support and production coordination is required.
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP), QuickBooks, and the MS Office Suite (including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word) is necessary.
  • Strong customer orientation with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized while effectively prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.
  • Analytical thinker with robust problem-solving skills.

Salary: $55k-$60k (Dependent on Experience)
