Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and effective assistance to clients through various communication channels.
- Support sales and production teams by collecting necessary information for client orders.
- Track project developments and keep clients updated on the status of their orders.
- Handle order updates, new requests, and billing processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure product and account information is current in the relevant systems.
- Conduct quality assessments and surveys to gauge customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing and inventory management is essential.
- A minimum of one year in high-volume client support and production coordination is required.
- A degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP), QuickBooks, and the MS Office Suite (including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word) is necessary.
- Strong customer orientation with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized while effectively prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.
- Analytical thinker with robust problem-solving skills.
Salary: $55k-$60k (Dependent on Experience)
