Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and capable HVAC Sales Professional to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and marketing HVAC mechanical solution projects, developing new customers and market channels, and performing site surveys, estimates, and proposals to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Sell and market HVAC mechanical solution projects to existing and new customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Perform site surveys, estimates, and proposals to meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer activity and documentation in CRM software.
- Meet company revenue and gross profit dollar goals.
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent related experience.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in the HVAC industry.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Able to make decisions on the spot and work well under pressure.
- Possesses good customer service and communication skills.
