POSITION SUMMARY

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for the public swimmers and families engaged in the Premier Swim Academy programs. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring accuracy in check-ins, maintaining an organized approach to swim lessons, and providing effective assistance to patrons regarding inquiries, concerns, or necessary account adjustments. This role requires a strong commitment to precision, efficiency, and professionalism to uphold the high standards expected in this important position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with all opening and/or closing procedures at the facility
  • Learn and execute all front desk administrative tasks
  • Proactively seek ways to enhance class fill rates and family satisfaction
  • Contribute to team culture by engaging in team events and fostering a positive environment
  • Become proficient in all technology platforms utilized by Premier Aquatics
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service for patrons
  • Clearly communicate all rules and safety measures
  • Be knowledgeable about all swim programs, events, and activities at the facility
  • Participate in quarterly in-service training programs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must possess, or be able to obtain, a StarGuard Elite Basic Life Support certification
  • Availability from weekday afternoons 2p-8p and weekends
  • Reliability and commitment to scheduled shifts
  • Comfortable communicating with both adults and children
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for 8 hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in swim customer service
  • StarGuard Elite Basic Life Support Certification
  • Availability during mornings, weekdays, and/or weekends
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

COMPENSATION

$17.00-$20.00/hr

Seasonal/ part-time, hourly
