We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Extended Stay Dayton North. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Assist the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk
- Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay
- Maximize room revenue and occupancy through effective room merchandising and sales techniques
- Monitor and review front office logs and trace files daily to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to maintain a safe and efficient hotel environment
- Perform all duties of a Front Desk Agent, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Assist in training new hires and current associates on front desk procedures and policies
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives
- At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
