Our client, a well-established airline corporation, is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to join their team in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 12+ month contract-to-hire opportunity with a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities for small to medium-sized projects.
  • Plan and implement projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage project budgets and risks, allocating resources and creating project schedules and timelines.
  • Ensure quality assurance and report on project status, presenting progress and problems to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication plans, identifying client requirements and translating them into operational plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 6+ years of project management experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience managing sub-contractors and facilitating communication.
  • Experience gathering requirements and working with stakeholders.
