Job Title: Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager at VTI Security Integrators, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, installation, and subcontracting.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure quality control.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Manage project finances, including invoicing, receipts, and cost control.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to participate in and pass pre-employment and customer-required background checks and drug screens.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role, project management, security integration, or technical experience.
  • Minimum of an Associate's degree (2 year) or Bachelor degree (4 year) in a technical capacity.
  • PMP or PMI certification.
Physical Demands:

In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
  • Manual dexterity required for occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment.
  • Sitting, standing, walking in office environments and construction sites.
Working Conditions:

In general, the following conditions of the work environment are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

  • The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted and ventilated.
  • Noise levels are considered low to moderate.
  • Will be required to be on site with customers or contractors, to manage the expectations and deliverables.
  • Sites range from general office environments to new construction.
