Job Title: Senior Project Manager

At VTI Security Integrators, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our project teams in delivering complex security integration projects.

Job Summary:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing project activities to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project schedules, and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with project teams, including engineers, installers, and subcontractors
  • Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and make adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to participate in and pass pre-employment and customer-required background checks and drug screens
  • PMP or PMI certification is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role, project management, security integration, or technical experience
  • Minimum of an Associate's degree (2 year) or Bachelor degree (4 year) in a technical capacity
Physical Demands:

The Senior Project Manager will be required to:

  • Effectively communicate in English
  • Manual dexterity for occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment
  • Sitting, standing, walking in office environments and construction sites
Working Conditions:

The Senior Project Manager will work in a clean, orderly, properly lighted and ventilated office environment with moderate noise levels. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.

Benefits:

VTI Security Integrators offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 (DOE), as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, company-provided basic life insurance and AD&D, short-term disability, telemedicine & virtual counseling, and 401(k) plan.
